Simply Fill out the form below including your email address, quantity and personalized inscriptions for each book and you will receive a PayPal invoice to the email address you provide with information on how to pay via check or credit card.  Orders will ship 24 hours after we receive your PayPal payment.  Checks take several days to clear PayPal and will delay shipment by the same number of days that it takes checks to clear.

The book itself is $16.99 plus applicable taxes

Shipping and handling for one book is $3.00

We do combine shipping for multiple book orders and shipping is dependent on the number of books ordered and will be reflected in the PayPal invoice that will follow your order.

If no personal inscription is specified then the books will simply be signed by the author on the cover page.

Personally inscribed books are non-refundable with the exception of publisher defects
